Shipping Process: We partner with international merchants and artisans to provide you with the best prices and most interesting products. This means your order will be shipped from global locations such as Germany, the United States, Thailand, Tibet, China, India, and others. Due to direct shipping from our partners in these countries, your order may take between 6 to 20 business days to arrive. Please do not worry if your shipment does not arrive immediately; it's on its way to you :)

Can I Cancel My Order? Yes. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please email us within 24 hours stating the reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the money appears in the customer's bank account.

Shipping Policy Template: When will my order be transferred? All orders are processed and transferred from our warehouse in China. Please wait for additional processing time for your order during holidays and campaign seasons.

We process orders on Mondays through Fridays. Orders are processed between 3-5 business days from the date of the order, and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order? On average for your order, please allow between 3 to 5 business days to process your order.
